What does online personal training include?You will get 1-to-1 coaching through the fitness app which has a personalised program to reach your health and fitness goals; plus around the clock support - I'm there with you every step of the way!

Can online fitness coaching be as effective as in-person training with a fitness trainer?Yes, online fitness coaching can be just as effective as in-person training. At Health with Hannah, I teach in person and online and have seen amazing results with both approaches. Online coaching allows for flexibility in scheduling and eliminates the need for travel, making it a convenient option for those with busy schedules. The most important thing is choosing the right coach for you to help you achieve your goals.

Can I workout from home?Yes! There are various exercises and workout routines that can be done with minimal or no equipment. Once you have enquired, we can discuss this in more detail and work out a plan that is most suitable for you.

How will I track my progress?Progress tracking in online personal training is done through my app that involves regular check-ins, photo submissions, and communication with me. The app offers features for tracking workouts, nutrition, and other relevant data to monitor your journey like key body measurements.

Do you provide customised meal plans to accommodate specific dietary needs?Of course! If you have specific dietary requirements or preferences, I can create customised meal plans tailored to meet your needs. I'll work with you to develop a nutrition plan that aligns with your goals.

How is payment taken?Payment is taken by direct debit, just like any other subscription service you have.

What happens if I get injured?Don't worry! We can work around your injuries. Your health and safety is most important. Let me know as soon as possible so we can make adjustments to your workout plan to prevent further injury. I will offer support with rehabilitation guidance. Depending on the injury's nature, there might be a temporary pause on specific exercises, gradually reintroducing them as you recover.
